Do mourners need to download an app or sign up?
No. Just scan the QR in the room with a phone camera and follow the steps on the page that opens.
How long until a tribute appears on the TV?
Once payment is verified, the tribute joins the queue and airs in order. Payments by unique code or QRIS are matched automatically, so it usually airs within minutes.
Is a tribute shown only for the deceased in the selected room?
Yes. Each room has its own QR and screen. Tributes only appear for the deceased resting in that room.
Can the design match the deceased's religion?
Yes. Staff enter the deceased's faith, and mourners automatically see matching designs and sample messages. A neutral design is also available.
How do payments work without a payment gateway?
Every order carries a unique code in the amount. Payments are matched automatically via dynamic QRIS, bank notifications, or statement import. Transfer receipts and cash at the counter are also supported.
What about donations for the family?
The funeral home can display the family's own account or QR. Donations go straight to the family. LumenLive never processes or holds donation funds.
How are data and message content kept safe?
Admin access is protected by two-step verification and login throttling, branch data is separated, and messages are filtered. Funeral homes can also require approval before airing.
